WHAT IS MOTHERS UNLIMITED AND WHAT IS OUR MISSION:

Mothers Unlimited is a network of clubs for moms and their families. We began in January of 2006 with 25 members and 1 chapter. We now have over 400 members and 7 chapters strong. Mothers Unlimited is truly that, Unlimited. We have dads who are members, grandparents, nannies or caregivers and people who have all of their children grown and out of the house. Why do we attract people from all walks of life? Because we are FUN and we have only 3 Rules:

  • Everyone is welcome everywhere! We do not discriminate based on age of child, geographic location, work status, ethnicity, gender, etc.
  • We will always offer support to our women seeking to re-enter the workforce through our business development programs and groups.
  • All members can and should feel free to post events on our Evite system even if there are other events at the same time and day. We know that we are grown adults and capable of making our own decisions for our families schedule. So, we welcome a host of activities on our calendar and the Evite system is a menu of activities to choose from.

We are dedicated to “Encouraging mothers locally; transforming families globally.” We feel that mothers are the cornerstones of our society. Hence, investing in ways to encourage mothers is one of the most powerful tools to positively affect our families and society. We know from our own personal experiences the positive outcomes that transpire when mothers come together and feel understood, supported and encouraged by other mothers. When we have the opportunity to form strong friendships for ourselves and our children, we then have the capabilities and resources to positively affect our own families. In turn, we can reach beyond ourselves, to improve the families in our communities. As more clubs join us across the nation, we can transform families globally.

We are always looking to open new Mothers Unlimited Chapters in new areas.

Mothers Unlimited comes to North Raleigh!

The North Raleigh, NC chapter of Mothers Unlimited will be holding it's Monthly Meeting on July 9, 2008 at Screamin' Mimi's Kids Place at Triangle Town Centre at 10am. Screamin' Mimi's Kids Place has special offers for those who join Mothers Unlimited that day! Children are always welcome to attend Mothers Unlimited events. Hope to See you there!
